Artentive was born out of an experience of living, creating and an attentive yoga practice. After many years of experimenting with different forms of creativity, it had occurred to me that only if we become more present in our own experience and attentive to our process of growth, we can appreciate our life more fully and watch as it develops into more sustainable experience. I watch my life as a playground. Each day I step in front of a canvas or a piece of paper and through paint, lines and sometimes different types of media and collage I express what is inward and sometimes hidden and needs to be communicated to the outer world. I try not to get in my own way, but instead I look at the images in front of me as they appear without judging or clarifying their purpose.
