My Way to Give back

Spirited Inspirit card innergoddess2 Have a safe Journey1 envelopes Dream-on

I think that I have appeased my card karma. For the past few days I have ferociously dived in into making cards. I do not know what brought that on, but maybe first of all was the need to use my paintings in a different way. Sometimes I like to know how else I can use the images that I paint. I also wanted to learn how to use different programs on my computer and iPhone, to explore digital art. And the last thing was sharing.

I always get so much wonderful feedback on Facebook to the paintings I post, and I wanted to give back. The practice of yoga every day has taught me that life is very much about service. Finding out what you love to do and sharing it with others. I have found my passion in painting, and it is like when they say, that if you find what you love to do, you never have to work another day in your life.

And I love cards, giving cards to my friends is a way of giving back for all the support I get. I love my friends, and without them, I would not be where I am now, and so, this is another practice of yoga, being grateful for what I have.

    Oh, Renata!

You sent me one of your cards – Dream On. You can’t imagine how special I felt in receiving this gift. It is quite extraordinary. Not only because I love her, this angel that you painted, that I know. But that, out of the blue, I was offered this gift for nothing in return.

I have her sitting on a special table in my living room. The one with the elephant lamp, the one that holds my heart, with special things on it. That’s where she sits. I picked her up this morning and felt the embossing on the card and wondered at how you create. My appreciation continues. Maybe you won’t know how things are experienced at this end. I wanted to share this with you. Your yoga practice has been received ~. I feel that light.

    🙂

You are a gift to me.

    Much love,
    Catherine ~

Catherine, thank you so much for the kind words, and they are a gift to me. I am so happy that the card found its place, even though it was not that much, really. I hope someday I will be able to send you a small painting 🙂
      Feeling the love,

      Renata
